Fees & Insurance

Currently, I am Out Of Network

for all insurance plans.

However, I can provide a monthly Superbill which includes billing and diagnosis information which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

When calling, the following questions may be helpful to ask:

  1. Do you cover out of network services?

  2. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  3. What is my deductible? Has it been met?

  4. How many sessions per year does my plan cover?

  5. How much of each therapy session is covered?

  6. Do I need to be approved for mental health services by my primary care physician?
